We are ZAKSINTERNATIONAL a manpower recruitment agency with over three decades of experience, which has, over the years not only built-up an enviable reputation but a prestigious clientele as well. We are approved by the ministry of external affairs and have successfully recruited over 30000+ workers. The company is managed by Mr. M. Retnaswamy and Mr. R. Rajiv Kishore, who holds an excellent track record for worker recruitment in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Oman, Qatar and African countries.
The company sources its manpower from various parts of India- covering recruitment for a variety of jobs- skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled in the fields of Plantation, Gloves Factory, Hotels & Restaurants, Oil Mills in Malaysia. In the Middle East & African Countries we have supplied Manpower to Civil Constructions, Oil Rigs, Pipeline Projects, Hotels & Restaurants, Hospitals, Gas Refineries, Horticulture and MEP Projects.
Stages of Recruitment
Requirement.
The foreign employer approaches us with the requirement for workers. We will accept and sign the agreement, demand letter and power of attorney with them. We will start working towards sourcing workers meeting all the specific requirements and screen the workers accordingly.
Sourcing.
Sourcing of Candidates Directly.
We Source workers through Newspaper Advertisements, Television Advertisements and with over 3 decades of goodwill and reputation & over 30000 workers sent abroad, we get calls and workers directly visit our office. We check the candidates CV and consult with them on their aspirations and appoint them in a suitable role meeting their expectations.
Sourcing of Candidates through Intermediaries.
We have selected known and trusted people all around the country who we have long standing relationship meeting all our criteria to source workers ethically. These intermediaries are usually people of well-known stature in their local region thus serve as a trust worthy ally to the worker providing a guarantee for both the worker and us.
Screening.
Documentation – All the documents of the worker are checked for authenticity and validity.
Original Passport, Permit Stamps from previous employer where necessary, Previous Visa status, Vaccination Certificate linked with passport, age criteria, previous work authenticity documents such as experience certificates and references.
Personal Verification- We conduct an in-person interview screening of the worker consisting of the following.
- Current employment status.
- Previous work experience.
- Future work expectation.
Background Check using our intermediaries to make sure he’s fully vetted.
Job Orientation.
Video Explanation- We show the worker the relevant video with proper description of his specific work and its complete scope. This source material is provided directly by the company wanting to recruit the worker. This should cover all his expected roles and responsibilities along with any extra benefits provided by the company to the worker.
Verbal Explanation- Our trained and experienced staff will further elaborate all other actual facts, data and real-world facts to the worker in his native language helping him make an informed decision if the job is suitable to them. The local laws and customs are also taught to the worker to ensure he is ready to acclimate to his new environment.
Interview.
In case the foreign employer wants to come and conduct an in person interview, we will arrange a venue and coordinate between the workers and client to successfully conduct the interview. Depending on the requirement this can take multiple days and multiple locations.
Medical Examination.
Upon consent and acceptance of the worker for the job we send him for a medical examination this is done through relevant foreign government approved medical centers and doctors. Medical report soft copy is handed to the worker and the client.
Calling Visa.
Upon Fitness of the worker and a secondary confirmation with the worker if he’s still interested, we send the medical report to foreign employer to apply for calling visa for the worker. Calling Visa soft copy is handed to the worker.
Visa Stamping.
Upon arrival of calling visa, we will get a further confirmation from the worker, we then send the passport and calling visa to the respective consulate to get the visa stamped in their passport. Visa Stamped soft copy is handed to the worker and the client.
Emigration Clearance.
For those workers that have ECR passports, we will apply for emigration clearance and insurance for the duration of their contract. This is done through The Ministry of External Affairs E-Migrate System and is cleared by the Protector of Emigrants- Chennai.
Ticket Booking.
Upon arrival of Stamped Visa and clearance of emigration, we will get a further confirmation from the worker to book his flight ticket. Now we or the foreign employer will book his ticket in a group/block. Softcopy of the flight ticket will be sent to the worker immediately.
Reminder and Final Confirmation.
14, 7 and 3 days before the date of departure we will call and remind the worker to be present on the date of departure at our office to hand over his documents and give him a final pre departure orientation making sure to address any remaining concerns or queries.
Pre Departure.
Upon his arrival at our office we will show the video of his job scope once again, explain all the documents we are handing over to him, get all the necessary declarations signed with a video recording, address any further questions and doubts etc. A representative from the company of the employer will also give a final address to the workers via Video call at the informed time.
Book-keeping.
We will maintain physical records of the worker throughout the duration of his contract, this includes all his legal documents such as passport copy, visa copy, medical report copy, emigration copy, insurance copy and copy of the employment contract.
Safekeeping of the worker.
Throughout the duration of the workers contract period, we keep a close relationship with the foreign employer and worker, we will address any issues and try to sort all valid grievances raised by the worker. In case of accidental death in the workplace we will also coordinate and help bring his remains back to his native birthplace.
