ZAKS INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT POLICY

We at ZAKS INTERNATIONAL Chennai commit to uphold and follow the employer ethical recruitment procedures and policies. All recruitment done through our office will strictly adhere to the policies, procedures and standard set by employer and the laws mandated by their government.

 

Compliance with International Labour and Human Rights

We at ZAKS INTERNATIONAL Chennai, are committed to upholding to workers’ rights, following all the International Labour and Human Rights Policies and Laws. We are constantly learning and adhering to the ILO guidelines and IRIS Standard. All workers recruited through our supply chain are fully vetted using our trained staff with a strict promise to follow all the above ethical recruitment standards.

Fair and Ethical Recruitment Policy

We at ZAKS INTERNATIONAL Chennai, ensure that recruitment carried forth through our supply chain has been ethically recruited following all legal guidelines by both the home and foreign country of employment. There are strict legal actions taken by our office against any misleading or fraudulent practices that do not comply with the labour laws mandated by the Government of India.

Recruitment Charges

We at ZAKS INTERNATIONAL Chennai, have a free recruitment policy i.e. no cost is being borne by the worker, all recruitment charges are borne by the employer. This is followed strictly by our staff and intermediaries alike. This is repeatedly conveyed to the worker that he is being recruited free of charge and that the employer is paying for all his expenses in the recruitment chain. He is also encouraged to come forward if he is being asked to pay any cash/bribe/gifts by anyone in our supply chain.

Employment Contract Meeting Legal Compliance

ZAKS INTERNTIONAL Chennai, ensure that the employers contract with the worker meet all the legal requirements mandated by the Government of India and the foreign Government. Ministry of External Affairs India will take legal action for any grievance raised by the worker due to breach of contract by the employer.

Workers Right to Retain ID

We at ZAKS INTERNATIONAL Chennai, do not collect the Identity Documents against the will of the worker. He will sign a declaration stating that he is handing over his documents for us to facilitate further processing of his employment visa, further he has the right to take back his documents at any time unless Calling Visa has already been issued under his name. If he has received calling we will hand over his passport after duration of not more than 3 months. His original passport is a requirement by the Consulate to cancel the existing calling and facilitates issuing another worker in his quota.
